Specs will attend the HDDC 2020: 3rd Helmholtz Drug Discovery Conference in Braunschweig, Germany. Furthermore, we will co-organize a Pre-Conference workshop on the ‘Broad repurposing library’, together with Fraunhofer IME, Helmholtz HZI and EU-OPENSCREEN. Here, Peter Maas, Manager Lead Development and Yulia Gerhardt-Tazikova, Business Development Manager Europe, will talk about challenges in assembling a drug repurposing library, revealing the scientific rationale and Specs’ approach to assemble this library, from sourcing and acquiring compounds to data handling, QC, reformatting and distribution within the consortium.
